Format & usage notes

One entry per line; multi-word phrases are allowed. The lists are lowercase — most filters (including CensorMate) match case-insensitively. Word-boundary matching is recommended when implementing your own filter, or you'll rediscover the classic Scunthorpe problem.

These tiers are editorial, not exhaustive — every community's standards differ. Treat them as starting points and adjust for your context. Released free for any use; a link back is appreciated but not required.
