No. CensorMate is a browser-based profanity censor whose AI runs on-device — transcription and censoring happen inside your browser, and your files never leave your computer. Not to our servers, not to anyone’s.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel anytime via the "manage subscription" link in your receipt email — Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. And if Pro isn’t for you, email support@censormate.com within 14 days of purchase for a full, no-questions refund.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — open censormate.com/app on iPhone or Android and it just works, no install. Phones run a lighter on-device AI engine tuned for them; short clips work best, and longer or high-res videos are happiest on a computer. As always, nothing is uploaded anywhere.
