Setup is stuck (or stuck at 100%)

Usually a downloaded AI file got corrupted (a crash mid-download can do it) or your graphics driver is wedged. First, reset:

clears the AI downloads only — your settings and Pro license are kept

If it still sticks, add ?cpu=1 to the address bar (censormate.com/app?cpu=1) — that skips the graphics card entirely.

It crashed, or the page reloaded by itself

That's the device running out of memory mid-job. Close other tabs and apps, try a shorter clip, or use the Tiny model. Phones have small memory limits — long or high-res videos are happiest on a computer.

Words aren't detected (or bleeps miss)

Check the language setting matches the audio, and try a more accurate AI model. After transcribing, click any censored word to fine-tune its bleep on the timeline — you can drag it or stretch it. If a word was transcribed differently (names especially), click it in the transcript to censor it manually.

Which files work?

Audio: MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG. Video: MP4, WebM, MOV, MKV. Free plan: files up to 10 minutes, full video export up to 1 minute (longer exports audio-only). If a video's audio can't be read, Bleep automatically falls back to a slower extraction — give it a moment.

Phone tips

Short clips work best. The one-time AI download is ~75MB — keep the tab open until it finishes. If the page keeps reloading, the clip is too big for phone memory: trim it shorter or use a computer.
